On November 2, 66 of our 220 members were in attendance at our tenth voting meeting.

In addition to normal business, members were offered the opportunity to make a donation to the Gulf Coast Community Foundation Hurricane Ian Relief Fund. This fund is matching up to $800,000 in donations to support those most devastated by the storm, prioritizing health and human services in southern Sarasota County. In response, our generous members have contributed $5,545.

THANK YOU!

In normal business, three presenters did a great job of introducing us to three worthy Sarasota charities.

Congratulations to all of them.

Second Heart Homes, Inc. was the selected charity

We raised $21,150

Second Heart Homes, Inc. also received a $5,000 matching grant by The Richard M. Schulze Family Foundation, resulting in a total donation of $26,150.
